In the shorter term, if you have permissions to access the Repository’s Pull Requests you could consider filtering by merged status, or scanning the Repository’s active Issues and Discussions to get a sense of the general activity. I could definitely see the benefits of a more obvious visual aid though, so thanks for sharing your experience! |

When viewing a repo the top number one single piece of info I care about before anything else is WHEN WAS IT LAST UPDATED. This critical piece is nowhere to be found. Or if it's there I couldn't find it. I see NOTHING about when the repo or any code was updated. Who actually designs these apps? People with no understanding of developers? Certainly seems that way.
