Fix Cowork Chargeback card data + refresh enablement hero frames

Card / flyout:
- Correct data source: reads Viva Insights (Direct Query), not Purview audit logs — facet d: ['credits','viva']
- Add Viva Insights automated badge to the guided (pk-row) card, matching the matrix card
- Mark report Updated (v4, 2026-10-06) so the Updated badge and flyout 'Latest update' row show

Enablement guide hero:
- Replace stale 5-frame clickthrough with 6 current v4 pages (Consumption, PayGo, Prepaid + PayGo, Prepaid, Optimization, Forecast)
- Bump player to 6 frames, add sixth dot, fix counter
