fix(cli): correct stale tests.registry import in interactive progress branch (#4)

The TTY branch in `ifixai run` imported ALL_SPECS / STRATEGIC_TESTS from
`ifixai.tests.registry`, a module that no longer exists. The symbols live
in `ifixai.harness.registry`. The crash only surfaced on interactive TTYs
(gated by supports_color()), so non-TTY runs masked it.
