Screen Navigation Events are Reported 4 Hours Behind

I raised an issue recently on the official RN repo about how timestamps are being reported: react/react-native#57595

I also raised an issue in the Sentry JS repo here: getsentry/sentry-javascript#22375

When I try using the same Sentry RN package on both RN 0.83.0 and 0.86.0, the experience on 0.86.0 is strange. All screen navigation events occur in the past for some reason. I am still not sure exactly why this is happening.

However, I feel like I should put this out there in case anyone else experiences this. It was super frustrating.
