EventSourceSink refactor [testing needed, do not merge] (#10768)

* replaced RaiseSomeEvent handlers by a generic one and lambdas

* removing something that slipped in

* reintroducing skipped try catch. RaiseAnyEvent added since it is doing separate logging. removing null arguments, removing #nullable disable

* nullable fix, argument annotation fix
