test: drop the README Hangul check the repository-wide language test already covers
test/no-korean-text.test.mjs scans every tracked text file, README.md included, with the same Hangul pattern, so the README workflow test's own Hangul assertion and local regex add no distinct input or failure mode. The README test keeps its workflow snippet and slash-command assertions. Proof: appending a Hangul character to README.md turns "tracked text files do not contain Hangul" red (1 fail), and README.md was restored byte for byte afterwards. The baseline at 6a708ab passed both files, and after the change both still pass; npm test: 9 pass, 0 fail. Refs #168
