Use Enter as a shortcut to submit a comment

When we write a comment, "enter" add a break line, to submit the comment from the keyboard users can do tan + enter.

A commonly used shortcut is "ctrl+enter" to trigger the comment submit

Hey guys,
After doing a quick survey among our users. It turns out people prefer a plain enter (12 votes) to submit the comment. And shift + enter to do a line break. Rather than ctrl + enter (7 votes).
