component blocks menu does not open with latest react-aria (3.47)

in a project which has latest react-aria (3.47) and react-aria-components (1.16) as dependencies, the keystatic component blocks menu does not open.

worked fine with rac 1.14 / react-aria 3.45

What I did was downgrade like this to get the dropdowns working
