Please help with answering Question on Current Data stored in Copilot

I am looking at the MicrosoftDocs/MCP and considering using the MCP or running the develop my own agent etc or 3rd running the 3 prompts pointing the agent to utilize the tools and docs all stated on the main page here https://github.com/microsoftdocs/mcp.

My issue and hesitation towards doing either option is based on the fact i cant see anywhere that it states whether or not my current projects i am building within the Microsoft Copilot App on my windows 11 Enterprise OS -> 25H2 on ASUS Vivobook Core i5 >Laptop -> -Processor -> Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1035G1 CPU @ 1.00GHz (1.19 GHz) Notebook Model -> F515J OS Build -> 26200.8117 Experience Pack -> Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.297.0

I hope i have included more then enough information on current system configuration to allow you to return relevant information to my specific limitations with this system.

I would like to see if it is possible to further lean on some of you to help me out with storage issues i am constantly running into with system being maxed out from a 256Gig storage space and a 16gb ram 128gb graphics i keep having to delete so much stuff yet now i run into next issue is that i still run out of space yet now i cant seem to find anything to even delete. I have also got a constant attached 1tb USB Harddrive and a further 1 TB Sandisk SSD however that is around 150GB till full too. Ideas and recommendations on what would be my best options with little to no cost to resolve these problems and i appreciate every effort towards the time and effort you take to helping with any of the points mentioned here within. And even the issue on storage which i understand is out of scope in a sense however still very relevant as i worry that copilot or custom develop agent will put my back into the no storage space left and so i must seek your knowledge on this.
I also Must stress the importance of not losing any of my Current Project Builds stored within the Copilot App on my system and how to back up that data would be nice to learn.

Apologise in advance as im sure these are some basic issues however they are ones i just cant seem to wrap my head around overcoming them.

Hi Nathan, it looks like you are using the Copilot app on Windows and want to add Learn MCP Server, right? That doesn't work today. Our most popular MCP client is VS Code, which you can find here https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/setup/windows and then add an MCP server to https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/copilot/customization/mcp-servers Hope that helps. Thanks for that mate, i was confused with the naming convention being Copilot haha

So Copilot (Microsoft Copilot) is actually different to Copilot (Github Copilot)[VScode?
HHmmm Interesting, well that sums up the worry on losing my data and projects i am building with the copilot App on my windows haha

So i take it, i just run the interaction as it states by writing the interaction within the type message area and the same for sending my agent new instructions etc?

I have not yet read any of the docs you sent mate but ill go take a look into that now as well..
